Dr. Clayton Adams is a double-board-certified anesthesiologist and pain medicine physician with Neurosurgery One in Denver. He specializes in non-surgical interventional treatments for spine, joint, and nerve pain, including spinal injections, nerve blocks, radiofrequency ablation, and spinal cord stimulation (SCS). He works closely with patients to determine if therapies like spinal cord stimulation can provide relief, referring for permanent implants when appropriate. Dr. Adams also performs Intracept basivertebral nerve ablation, which is a minimally invasive treatment for chronic lower back pain caused by vertebral endplate nerve dysfunction.
