Assistant Professor of Orthopedics at the University of Colorado (CU Anschutz) and an orthopaedic hand and microvascular surgeon practicing at Denver Health Medical Center. Dr. Andrew Maertens specializes in hand and upper extremity surgery, limb salvage and microvascular reconstruction, complex elbow injuries, and peripheral nerve reconstruction. He completed his MD at the University of Washington, residency and chief residency at the University of Colorado, and a hand fellowship at Hospital for Special Surgery/Cornell, and holds board certification from the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.
