Description
Sara earned her Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Nutrition from San Diego State University. She completed a dietetic internship with Sodexo Distance Dietetic in London, England, and San Diego. During Sara’s 15-year career, she has worked at eating treatment centers, hospitals, and private practices. Her clinical interests include behavioral and mental health related to nutrition, nutrition education, and nutrition throughout the lifespan. “I am here to help patients along their journey. I want to know about their experiences, struggles, and successes.” Sara loves to hike, run, cycle, travel, and go to live music/performances in her free time. An avid gardener, she enjoys cooking and preserving the food she grows.
