Brenden Cabana, MD, is a board-eligible internal medicine physician based in Denver, with clinical interests in weight loss medicine, chronic disease management, and sports medicine. He is passionate about helping patients stay active and healthy at every stage of life, with a strong focus on prevention and long-term wellness. “I’m here to be your long-term partner in health—through every stage of life. I focus on prevention, early detection, and helping you stay well, not just treating illness.” Dr. Cabana especially enjoys working with individuals to manage chronic conditions over time, building lasting relationships grounded in trust, respect, and open communication. He strives to create a welcoming environment where patients feel heard, informed, and empowered in their care. A Michigan native, Dr. Cabana earned his undergraduate degree from Michigan State University and his Doctor of Medicine from Rosalind Franklin University. He completed his internal medicine residency at George Washington University. When not working, Dr. Cabana recharges by cycling, skiing, playing basketball, and spending time in Colorado’s incredible outdoors.
