• Elizabeth & Martin

  The Meiers love watching the children at their school smile, laugh, grow and learn. Elizabeth and Martin discovered the value of a safe and nurturing learning environment through their own children's experience at The Goddard School. They bring their business backgrounds as a corporate lawyer and IT project manager, respectively, to support the faculty at City Park West.

• Charlene

  Char is a native of Denver, Colorado and has two amazing children, Sir Devon and Trinity, who are the joy of her life. Char began her journey teaching in the Early Childhood Education field in 1989. She earned her Degree in Early Childhood Education and holds her Director’s Certification for Early Childhood Education through the Colorado Department of Education. Char joined the City Park Goddard family in August of 2014, as the Infant Supervisor and has grown to love each member of the school as a vital part of this amazing body of awesome teachers. In January 2017, Char joined the administrative team as Assistant Director and in January 2018 was promoted to Co-Director. She is always ready to expand her journey with great expectations. Char’s heartfelt desire is to build strong relationships with our students, families and communities to make a difference in the lives of our future.

• Christie

  Christie is newer to our school but has been with Goddard for nearly a decade. She was the director of another Goddard School for the past five years. She has helped open two local schools and prior to becoming a director, she was also an infant and toddler teacher. Christie has a bachelors degree in business management as well as Early Childhood Teaching and Directors certificates. Christie is excited to be part of the City Park West school where her two kids are able to attend the school as well.

• Heather

  Heather is our Curriculum Director. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Studies and English. Additionally, she has her Master's Degree in Elementary Education along with her Teaching Certification for K-6. Heather also has her Director's Certificate for Early Childhood Education. She loves teaching all children, but especially younger children because of their sweetness and eagerness to learn. Heather looks forward to the smiles and milestones from the children each day and is excited to make the Goddard School at City Park West the best that it can be! In her free time, Heather loves to play board games, read, and make crafts that she takes to craft fairs on the weekends.

• Maria

  Maria was born and raised in the Philippines and has lived in Florida, North Carolina and Washington. She spent most of her life growing up in South Texas where she recently moved from. She is looking forward to getting to know Colorado a bit more, and so far loves how welcoming everyone has been. Maria has a degree in Business Administration and has background working for admissions at the University of Texas-Rio Grande Valley, in addition to her various experience working with kiddos from infants to teenagers. Combining her love for kiddos and working for admissions has led her to the Goddard School. Working for Goddard has been so rewarding and definitely has been so such a privilege to work with such fantastic people.

• Ana

  Ana was born in Mexico and raised in Denver since she was 2 years old. Eventually Ana would like to go back to school for phlebotomy or be a pediatrician. Ana loves working at Goddard because of this love for children. In her free time, Ana likes to eat good food, shop, and travel.

• Annalee

  Annalee was born and raised in Montana and moved to Denver, Colorado in October of 2017. Annalee has always had a passion for working with children. She especially has a huge heart for watching infants and toddlers grow, learn, and explore new experiences. Annalee enjoys outdoor activities, traveling and musical events. She is excited to be a part of our great school.

• Catherine

  Catherine started her early childhood career when she was 16 years old but began caring for young children even before that. She has a passion for helping children thrive and grow into their potential. She takes pride in the role early childhood educators have in shaping our future generations and loves making a difference. She enjoys learning and brings that enthusiasm to her classroom. When she is not teaching, she is either outdoors or cozied up with a good book.

• Destiny

  Destiny is a loving and caring person and will do anything to help those who need anything. She is family oriented and loves spending time with them. She is out to chase her dreams while also living life to the fullest. Working with children has brought joy in her life and she hopes to be able to bring joy to everyone she meets.

• Emily

  Emily graduated from MSU with a degree in Early Childhood Education. Emily has been working with children since 2017. She loves to work with children and used to help in her grandmother's daycare when she was younger. In her free time Emily enjoys drawing and writing.

• Estela

  Estela was born in Jalisco, Mexico and then moved to California when she was 14 years old. After getting married Estela moved back to Mexico where she worked at a private elementary school for 6 years. Aside from teaching, she also worked for evening programs supporting children further with their reading and writing skills. Estela believes that children have pure souls and will return the love that you give them. Estela loves to work with children and can’t see herself doing anything else. When she isn’t teaching, she enjoys spending her free time reading and doing arts and crafts.

• Jamariah

  Jamariah most often goes by J. She was born and raised in Denver and has lived everywhere from Park Hill to Englewood. She loves teaching children and watching them learn. Her contribution to any classroom she's in is her calmness and a go with the flow attitude.

• Jasmine

  Jasmine has been a preschool teacher for more than two years. She is currently in school and hopes to be a middle school English teacher someday. She loves working with kids and learning more about how to engage with them. In her free time, Jasmine likes to read, sew, hike, and journal. She has a lovely cat named Lady.

• Jasmine

  Jasmine was born and raised in New York City. She moved to Denver 3 years ago and worked as a paraprofessional for 2 years. It was quite an adventure and She's learned so much. This is her first time working with preschool age children. It’s a new adventure for her! She looks forward to all she can learn from the kiddos. She has two cats who are her babies and mean the world to her. She looks forward to meeting and getting to know the students each school year.

• Jennifer

  Jennifer was born in Oklahoma City, but was raised in Denver since the age of one. She eventually wants to own her own business in beauty and get her education for early childhood education. In addition to her love of working with children, Jennifer loves to travel, hike, and shop.

• Maria

  Lupe is excited that she is a teacher at The Goddard School. Lupe believes that it’s the teacher’s duty to provide a safe, clean, and material rich environment for children to be creative in. She finds having a positive attitude and good communication with parents an important aspect of a child’s education. Lupe has two children of her own and enjoys taking walks with her family. Lupe also enjoys shopping and doing arts and crafts.

• MariaEstela

  Maria Estela was born and raised in Jalisco, Mexico and moved to Denver in 2018. She graduated from Bruce Randolph High school and is currently attending MSU Denver in pursuit of a degree in Elementary Education. She believes that the love of being an educator is in her blood since her mother and several aunts are teachers. Her favorite hobbies are singing, dancing, crafting, and traveling.

• Melissa

  Melissa has been in child care for over 10 years, 7 of those being with the Goddard School. She grew up in Wisconsin and moved to Colorado in June of 2023. Melissa grew up on watersports and basketball. She has a degree in administrative professionalism but has always enjoyed working with children. Melissa's grandparents, uncle and three aunts started their own child care business so she grew up in the industry.

• Paige

  Paige found her passion in life being a teacher and helping kids. She hopes to continue her journey with teaching and eventually getting her masters in special education so she an work with children with autism. Paige loves anything true crime related and loves binging documentaries. A fun fact about Paige is that she danced competitively for 15 years.

• Paula

  Paula started working in Early Childhood Education over 20 years ago. She has provided care for hundreds of children in different centers throughout Denver. She got her credentials from Community College of Denver. Paula is excited to be a part of the Goddard Team.

• Shanna

  Shanna was born and raised in rural Iowa. Her mom did in-home child care when she was growing up, which is where her love of working with children was realized and where it blossomed. Shanna moved to Colorado in June of 2019 with her family and they all absolutely love it here.

• Takara

  Takara was born and raised in Denver. She enjoys spending time with her cats, family, and working on her cars. Takara has always loved being around children, but her fifth grade teacher was the person who inspired her to be a teacher. She is excited to be a part of the Goddard team to make her dream come true.

• Aryssa

  Ryssa was born and raised in Denver. In her free time, she likes to go out to eat, spend time with her family, and watch her favorite shows. She is a huge animal over and has two dogs, a cat, and a turtle. Ryssa is a huge foodie and loves to eat and try new things. Family is everything to her, even more now since her mom recently passed away. She is excited to be part of the Goddard family and work with the wonderful children at the school.

• Bryaunna

  Bryaunna was born and raised in Denver, but lived in Florida for a short time. In her free time, she loves spending time with family, especially her son. They visit the park together often. Bryaunna is excited to be at the Goddard school and to be the best educator and mom she can be. Her son is autistic so she has a unique perspective on both things.

• Damajahnee

  Dae has an associates from the University of Arkansas in Interdisciplinary Studies and bachelors in Journalism from Texas Tech university. She ran D1 track at both universities and spends her free time doing a podcast that explains her journey to kids that may want to do competitive sports in college and coach track and field like she did. Dae is excited to be part of the Goddard team and decided to work with children because it has always been a passion of hers to teach and care for youth.

• Reanna

  Anna started working in child care because she became a first time mom. She started working with infants, but has since worked with all ages in early childhood. Anna comes from a big family and has 8 siblings. In her free time, she loves spending time with family and bowling.

• Ryah

  Ryah was born and raised in Denver, but finished high school in Las Vegas. She spends her free time going on walks, listening to music, or watching movies. Ryah loves being able to see each and every child learn and grow into their individual personalities. She enjoys working with children because they are so curious, funny, smart, and eye-opening. She feels that she shares the same child-like wonder which makes hanging out with children even more fun. Ryah is currently going to school to eventually become a child and adolescent therapist.

• Samantha

  Samantha was born and raised in Colorado. Some things she loves and enjoys doing in her free time is spending time with her family and being able to create amazing memories with each one of them. She also enjoys going on walks, going out and exploring nature and also going shopping. She is really excited that she is able to be part of such an amazing team working with amazing children. She is so excited to be able to be a part of each students growth and learning journey. Being in the company of children brings her joy and so much happiness.

• Stephanie

  Stephanie has lived in Colorado her whole life. She is excited to be a part of the Goddard team because she loves making an impact on the lives of the children she teaches. She loves how the children all have fun and unique personalities. In her free time, Stephanie loves to read, spend time with her dogs Chiquis and Muneca.
