    Pilates Instructor

    Growing up in California, Sarah was always an active person and loved being outdoors. She spent a lot of time outdoors running, cycling, hiking, and focusing on her physical and mental well being. She knew that she had a passion for health and fitness from a young age and wanted to use that passion to help others achieve those same goals. Sarah decided to run her first marathon in 2012. It was then when she discovered Pilates and experienced the incredible benefits it offers to the mind, body and soul. After 4 years of dedicated practice as a student, Sarah received her Pilates education and teacher training through A Body of Work located in San Francisco, CA. Sarah relocated to Colorado in 2017 and dedicated this past year to her practice. She looks forward to teaching all levels of Pilates and helping clients find strength and confidence within their own practice. Sarah is excited to share her love for Pilates with others and to help encourage them to achieve their goals!

    My name is Caitlin Reagin I am a Denver based personal trainer and Pilates instructor. Growing up I was always super active and involved in multiple sports. However, once I began college the stresses of school took over and my health/fitness took a back seat. During my last year of college, I decided to make a change and prepped for my first bodybuilding competition where I placed top 3 in First Time Novice, Novice, and Figure Open. Given a new sense of purpose, I used my biology degree and fitness/competition knowledge to obtain my NASM certification and launched RageOn Fitness in early 2017. In the last few years I have added Pilates, barre, cycle and more certifications to my name. I now help others find their own strength to be the best version of themselves.

    Pilates Instructor

    Deb is a Colorado native and life-long resident, aside from a short stint in Illinois, before returning to the state. Deb came to Pilates through physical therapy as a way to recover from back pain accumulated from multiple injuries and degenerative conditions. In 2017, Deb completed the 500 hour instructors certification through Club Pilates, and she looks forward to sharing her love for Pilates with her clients. In her classes, Deb focuses on functional fitness, healing and rehabilitation in a welcoming, supportive and safe community.

    Claire has been instructing Pilates for two years and originally came from a Club Pilates in New Jersey. Claire has always been interested in outdoor activities such a running, hiking, and snowboarding. A previous injury sparked Claire’s interest in becoming a Pilates instructor and being a Physical Therapist. Claire is currently going to school for Physical Therapy to combine her love of anatomy with being an instructor here at Cherry Creek.

    Pilates Instructor

    Amy has been a dancer her whole life, with main focus on West African dance and the Latin styles, such as Salsa and Bachata. Her love of dance led her to becoming a Zumba Fitness Instructor in 2008, and to opening her own business in 2010 to teach Zumba. In 2017 Amy joined a Club Pilates to tone up a bit and in the process found that Pilates relieved her low back pain, which was diagnosed 4 years prior due to long hours at a desk in her full time job. Amy fell in love with the practice of Pilates right away and she has now completed her 500 hour Comprehensive Pilates Instructor Training. She has now made Pilates and Zumba Instruction her full time endeavors. Amy has discovered that Pilates is the perfect balance to her dancing, both mentally and physically and is at her lowest weight and best toned shape since before her pregnancy, in 2005. When not on the dance floor or at the Pilates studio, Amy loves to spend time with her son and enjoys adventures backcountry skiing, backpacking, and traveling internationally. Pilates helped Amy recover from a torn ACL as well as repaired her SI joint disfunction. It has made her pain free and stronger to enjoy her active lifestyle. Amy loves having a profession in which she can help people feel and be their best.

    Rachel is a second generation, classically trained Pilates instructor through Peak Pilates. She has always been dedicated to many forms of exercise, seeing the benefits of a holistic approach. First introduced to Pilates by her mother, who has been teaching for over a decade, she realized the positive impact it had on her everyday life & well-being. She now loves sharing her knowledge of Pilates with people of all ages and levels to help them maintain a healthy & happy lifestyle.

    Pilates Instructor

    Robin is a Colorado Native who lives in Westminster with her deaf rescue Jack Russell terrier named Radio. She enjoys taking walks in the Colorado sunshine and spending time with family & friends, usually around delicious food. Finding joy in movement through Pilates & Barre and helping others reach their fitness goals, she started to teach small Mat Pilates classes at her local studio. Now trained in all Pilates Apparatus, Barre and a Master of Reiki Healing; Robin continues to grow her knowledge of fitness and nutrition through continuing education. Leading fun classes, her goal is to help people feel good and impress themselves every now and again
