My passion for physical health stems from my love for movement. After dancing for many years, I pursued a degree in Exercise Science with a minor in dance from UCCS. In 2015 I became a certified yoga teacher and have loved sharing the benefits the practice. My background has not only inspired my love for the field of health and wellness, but has also helped me to deepen my understanding of biomechanics and stretching techniques. My goal is to continually increase client’s range of motion, improve posture, and reduce pain/ injuries. I look forward to helping you find your best self here at StretchLab!

I am passionate about movement, understanding the human body and helping you staying strong and flexible.

Some of my hobbies include snowboarding, working out at the gym with kettlebells, battle ropes, steel clubs, maces, and other functional fitness equipment.

At StretchLab, I get to combine my experience and knowledge of being a chiropractic assistant in chronic rehabilitation, a yoga teacher, as well as a holistic nutritionist to customize the best approach to get you where you want to be. Improving range of motion and mobility while creating mindful movement is something I not only enjoy, but feel lucky enough to call work. Whether you are wanting to improve your ability to do day-to-day activities or improve your sports performance, I got you!

My flexibility and fitness journey began in the studio studying classical ballet. With a demanding schedule and constant physical engagement, dance launched me into a lifestyle of activity and movement. As a Flexologist and Certified Personal Trainer (NASM), I love working with others to strengthen their movement patterns, increase their range of motion, and reduce their pain/discomfort. My other passions include traveling, skiing, biking and hand balancing!

  • Yvette

Having completed my Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2019, my aim is to connect regular assisted stretching with improvements in both function and quality of life. At StretchLab, we will work on your muscle imbalances, range of motion, and pain-free movements. When I’m not at StretchLab, you can find me eating, hiking in the mountains or working out at FitWall. I look forward to working with you to meet your fitness and health goals!

StretchLab gives me the opportunity to help people through tension, pain, and injuries. I love being able to make a positive impact in people's lives, while working in fun stress free environment!
