I decided to join StretchLab because I'm literally obsessed with stretching. I grew up as a dancer and was always the kid begging for stretch classes. I have been a Licensed Masage Therapist since 2013. I really found my passion in 2017 when I started to teach Yoga. Outside of StretchLab, I'm teaching yoga classes throughout the Denver metro area. I love educating on what movement and stretching can do for your body. 5 fun facts: 1. Last year, I took a roadtrip in Europe and got to drive myself through Hungary, Romania, and Serbia 2. My favorite place that I've been to so far is Japan 3. I once walked though/fell into a mine shaft 6ft down and didn't break a bone 4. The only bone I've ever broken is my tailbone 5. I'm obsessed with pizza... or anything with cheese honestly

With advanced certifications in functional movement (FMS Level 2) and corrective exercise (NASM-CES and TBMM-CES), he is a personal trainer three times over (ACE-CPT, ACSM-CPT, and NASM-CPT), an exercise physiologist (ACSM-EP), and a sports nutritionist (CISSN with nutrition specializations including Precision Nutrition, NASM-CNC, NASM-FNS, and ACE-FNS - don't argue with him about nutrition!). Before completing his Flexologist certification, he was a StretchLab member - he found StretchLab's assisted stretching to be the most effective way to reduce his own muscle soreness/tightness. As an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), he loves to work with competitive athletes in a wide range of sports, especially weightlifters, powerlifters, bodybuilders, MMA fighters, boxers, sprinters, long-distance runners, cyclists, bowlers, kickballers, Frisbee disc golfers, and all-night video gamers! Also, as an NSCA Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator (TSAC-F), he loves to work with military, law enforcement, fire and rescue, protective services, and other emergency professionals. In a previous life, Joseph worked in healthcare IT. He graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a Bachelor of Science in electrical and computer engineering, a minor in computer science, and a software engineering certificate. After several years as a senior consultant with McKesson supporting doctors and nurses with medical software, he realized his passion was more healthcare than IT - or, as he likes to say, he takes the SH out of IT. Fun facts from Joseph himself 1. Alumnus of University of Michigan at Ann Arbor with Bachelor of Arts in English language and literature and CU-Boulder. 2. Preparing to be dance instructor, specializing in hip hop. 3. Powerlifter with over 1,000lb total. 4. Top-rated dogsitter on Rover. 5. Stand-up comedian pursuing master's degree in dramatic arts at Harvard. Being a Flexologist, personal trainer, dance instructor, etc., are just ways to get more stage time!

My greatest joys in life are fitness, yoga, nutrition, wellness and being able to move around throughout the entire process. I love to empower clients by reflecting their ability to honor the experience of being embodied and letting our bodies feel what being alive holds in it's range. I am a CPT (certified personal trainer), E-RYT & YACEP (educational providing registered yoga teacher) through NASM & Yoga Alliance and have been teaching for 11+ years internationally.

  • Caitlin

    Flexologist

Caitlin is a personal trainer, who specializes in special populations, functional movement, Pilates, endurance training, and weight loss. She discovered her appreciation for sports and fitness at young age and has continued to share it with others. She is a graduate of Central Michigan University in Clinical Exercise Science with a concentration in Cardiac Rehabilitation. She has a wide variety of experience, from taking care of those with medically controlled diseases, ensuring Marines are in their best physical condition to keeping the Corporate active and stress-free. Caitlin loves StretchLab because she believes it is one of the key foundations to having a healthy body. When stretching can improve circulation and posture and reduce muscular tension - there’s no reason to not be stretching daily. Proper technique and execution of exercises are a key focus, as she believes proper exercise progression must be built from a strong foundation. With over six years of experience, Caitlin is confident in designing an efficient program for you that can achieve lasting results. Outside of work, you can find Caitlin hiking and exploring the state of Colorado. 5 Fun Facts: 1. My name was Kelly when I was born 2. I have a puppy named Dunder (as in Mifflin) 3. I design and sell t-shirts as a hobby 4. I prefer cold pizza over hot any day! 5. I’ve lived in 3 different states in the last 5 years
